Vinora Tours specializes in providing 100% private day tours, multi-day historical excursions (to Luxor, Cairo, Aswan, etc.), Red Sea yacht charters, water sports activities, and professional door-to-door private transfers. All descriptions, itineraries, and durations provided on our website are structured to ensure maximum comfort and personalized attention.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• Reservation Process: Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting our customer support team.

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation message or voucher from Vinora Tours via email or WhatsApp.

• Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking, including correct hotel names in Hurghada, passport details (where required for permits/travel), and active contact information.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Rates: All prices are quoted in USD (or supported currencies) and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon rate.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments, credit cards, and approved payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

• Inclusions/Exclusions: Tour inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated on each tour page. Gratuities (tips for drivers, guides, and crew), personal expenses, and entry visas are generally excluded unless explicitly specified.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct

• Punctuality: Clients are expected to be ready at their designated hotel pickup locations at the scheduled time. Delays may affect private itinerary schedules.

• Safety & Compliance: Clients must follow safety instructions provided by professional guides, captains, and drivers during tours, particularly during marine activities and historical site visits.

• Behavior: Vinora Tours reserves the right to terminate services to any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others, without entitlement to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Vinora Tours acts as an organizer of private tours and transfers, working with professional drivers, licensed Egyptologists, and certified marine crews.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including extreme weather, traffic accidents, political unrest, or airline/transport delays.

• Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the traveler throughout the duration of the tour or transfer.
